Updated WIP version of BridgeM1 with some fixes for serious error.

* Fixed a problem that the program quits with many error windows.
* Fixed a problem changing the default play time could cause an integer overflow error.
* Fixed a problem that toggling normalization in the right-click menu.
* Fixed various problems in multi-screen environment.
